Responsibilities
- Executing, validating, and delivering accurate regulatory and client reports using tools like BusinessObjects and QlikView.
- Performing detailed quality assurance checks and reviews on every report to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Managing report delivery through secure email or sftp and updating internal trackers and master schedules.
- Drafting, revising, and formatting standardized work instructions for reporting processes.
- Supporting issue investigations, audit requests, and driving initiatives to enhance reporting quality.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, large data manipulation, and complex formulas).
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting information and responding to management and peer inquiries.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities, independently managing tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities.
- Exposure to SAP BI/BusinessObjects or equivalent reporting tools (preferred but not required).
- CMS and/or regulatory reporting experience and a background in quality assurance or audit support (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
