Regulatory Program Manager

Regulatory Program Manager supporting an upcoming NYC DEP infrastructure project, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework governing the site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable Judicial, Federal, or State consent decrees, judgments, or orders tied to the project
• Track regulatory deliverables and deadlines and communicate status to the Construction Manager and DEP
• Serve as the point of coordination between the project team and the regulatory agencies overseeing compliance
• Support documentation and reporting needed to demonstrate compliance throughout construction

Requirements

• Experience with NYC DEP environmental or water quality regulatory compliance, ideally involving consent decrees or federal/state enforcement actions
• Familiarity with Safe Drinking Water Act programs or comparable regulatory frameworks
• Strong written communication skills for regulatory reporting and agency coordination
• Reliable personal vehicle required, as this role requires site travel
