Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and execution of enterprise regulatory change programs and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across all lines of defense, business units, and operational teams to identify and implement solutions that address regulatory requirements and mitigate risk.
- Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings to support effective decision making and program execution.
- Manage program plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and business intelligence solutions to provide transparency into program performance and progress.
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable project plans and operational solutions.
- Partner with business, technology, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery of regulatory initiatives.
- Drive adoption of program and change management best practices across supported initiatives.
- Proactively identify obstacles, manage escalations, and implement solutions to maintain delivery objectives.
- Communicate program status, risks, and key outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and regulatory change management within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, governance, and risk management practices.
- Experience leading complex, cross functional initiatives and enterprise wide regulatory or transformation programs.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across a global organization.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience partnering with business, technology, and data teams to deliver strategic change initiatives.
- Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and change management practices.
- Professional project management or change management certification is preferred.
