Responsibilities
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions to equip team members with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
- Manages all training content through company shared folders, publishing to learning software as needed.
- Gather feedback to continually improve training materials and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate to implement new systems and processes that enhance efficiency and productivity in the field.
- Support new employees as they work through OSHA, RCRA, and other regulatory trainings.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of experience in an industrial environment that focuses on safety
- 1+ Years of experience leading safety trainings/instructing people
- Current OSHA certification
- Must have the ability to form and maintain working relationships with field personnel and senior management
- Detail oriented and able to hold constructive meetings
- Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter and results oriented
- Must have excellent organizational and communication (written/verbal) skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Strong facilitator/training moderator experience is a bonus
- Able to travel up to 20%
