Regulatory Health and Safety Trainer

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions to equip team members with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
• Manages all training content through company shared folders, publishing to learning software as needed.
• Gather feedback to continually improve training materials and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate to implement new systems and processes that enhance efficiency and productivity in the field.
• Support new employees as they work through OSHA, RCRA, and other regulatory trainings.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of experience in an industrial environment that focuses on safety
• 1+ Years of experience leading safety trainings/instructing people
• Current OSHA certification
• Must have the ability to form and maintain working relationships with field personnel and senior management
• Detail oriented and able to hold constructive meetings
• Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-starter and results oriented
• Must have excellent organizational and communication (written/verbal) skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Strong facilitator/training moderator experience is a bonus
• Able to travel up to 20%
