About the Role
Guide all organizational areas in compliance with accreditation standards and clinical performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate external accreditation surveys and ensure accurate submission of required data and documentation.
- Conduct mock surveys to evaluate compliance with standards, develop tracer and focus tools, and facilitate site readiness.
- Oversee adherence to patient care policies, safety goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate leadership and staff on accreditation updates, provide guidance on certifications, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Perform audits, analyze data, and develop corrective action plans for compliance issues.
- Manage application processes, site surveys, and follow-up actions.
- Mentor staff, develop educational opportunities, and foster effective communication across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or related field.
- Relevant licensure with applicable healthcare licensing boards.
- At least five years of clinical or healthcare quality/performance improvement experience.
- Strong understanding of accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, auditing, and leadership skills to support organizational compliance and readiness.
