About the Role

Guide all organizational areas in compliance with accreditation standards and clinical performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate external accreditation surveys and ensure accurate submission of required data and documentation.
  • Conduct mock surveys to evaluate compliance with standards, develop tracer and focus tools, and facilitate site readiness.
  • Oversee adherence to patient care policies, safety goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate leadership and staff on accreditation updates, provide guidance on certifications, and support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Perform audits, analyze data, and develop corrective action plans for compliance issues.
  • Manage application processes, site surveys, and follow-up actions.
  • Mentor staff, develop educational opportunities, and foster effective communication across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or related field.
  • Relevant licensure with applicable healthcare licensing boards.
  • At least five years of clinical or healthcare quality/performance improvement experience.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, auditing, and leadership skills to support organizational compliance and readiness.
