Contract role: fully remote, 15–20 hours per week for 4 months.
About the role
Support multiple community bank, credit union, and fintech clients on a project basis.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance Compliance Management Systems (CMS)
- Support regulatory remediation efforts and corrective action plans
- Assess compliance with consumer lending and deposit regulations
- Evaluate lending operations for compliance and fair banking risks
- Support fair lending and CRA program development and governance
- Support BSA/AML program assessments and independent reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 15+ years of relevant banking regulatory compliance experience
- Must reside in the continental U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Pay
Salary ranges by market (exact rate based on experience, education, and skill set):
- Colorado: $120,000 – $160,000
- California: $130,000 – $170,000
- New York: $130,000 – $170,000
- Maryland: $120,000 – $160,000
- Massachusetts: $120,000 – $160,000
- Illinois: $120,000 – $160,000
- New Jersey: $120,000 – $160,000
- Vermont: $110,000 – $150,000
- Washington: $120,000 – $160,000
