We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe the initial description before "Responsibilities"? The first paragraph: "Assist management and stakeholders in assessing the ongoing status of its compliance with internal policies, procedures, and pipeline safety regulatory requirements. Conduct internal reviews of operational compliance activities to provide assurance that all requirements are met. Facilitate inspections/audits of company regulatory programs and practices." That's about the role. Responsibilities: after "Responsibilities" heading, list of duties. Qualifications: after "Qualifications" heading, includes Education Requirements, Experience, Licenses and Certifications Required, Additional Requirements. Skills: maybe we can extract from Experience list: knowledge of Excel, Access, GIS, MAXIMO, BANNER, math, etc. Could be a Skills section. Benefits: after "ONE Gas has great benefits! Here are just a few:" list of benefits. Pay: Not mentioned. No pay info. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should NOT include Schedule. About Us: maybe we could include as "About the company"? But the instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About Us" is not in list; we could treat as "About the role"? Already have that. The "About Us" paragraph is company overview; maybe we could incorporate into "About the role"? But better to keep as separate? The instruction says only use those headings; we could omit About Us if not matching. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information. The About Us paragraph is substantive. Could we put it under "About the role"? Might be okay but it's not exactly role. Could we create a section "About the company"? Not allowed. Perhaps we can incorporate into "About the role" as additional context. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples but we should use those headings. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. "About Us" could go under "About the role" as a brief description of the company context. Or we could omit it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. Putting under About the role seems plausible. "Requirements" heading: maybe we can combine Qualifications and Requirements? The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as separate headings. We need to decide what goes where. Typically "Requirements" could be mandatory qualifications (education, experience, licenses). "Qualifications" could be preferred or additional. But we have both Education Requirements, Experience, Licenses and Certifications Required, Additional Requirements. Could split: Requirements: Education Requirements, Licenses and Certifications Required, Additional Requirements (mobility, etc). Qualifications: Experience, Skills? But we also have Skills heading. Better: Use Requirements for mandatory items: Education Requirements, Licenses and Certifications Required, Additional Requirements (mobility, ability to operate tools, visual ability). Use Qualifications for Experience and maybe Skills? But we also have Skills heading for technical skills like Excel, Access, GIS, etc. Thus: - About the role: initial description + About Us company overview. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: Education Requirements, Licenses and Certifications Required, Additional Requirements (mobility, ability to operate tools, visual ability, regular attendance). Also maybe "Regular and reliable attendance is required" and "Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned." - Qualifications: Experience (the bullet list of experience items). Could also include "Ability to research and provide recommendations..." but that's more skill. - Skills: technical skills: Excel (Pivot tables, logical statements), Access (databases, reports, queries), GIS, MAXIMO, BANNER, math/algebra/formulas/statistics, ability to read/write English, ability to develop presentations, ability to interact/communicate, ability to research/evaluate/prioritize problems, ability to interpret DOT regulations, etc. - Benefits: list from ONE Gas has great benefits. - Pay: none -> omit. - Schedule: none -> omit. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output HTML fragment only, no markdown. We'll use

for each section heading, then content: either

for prose or

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information; we must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact phrasing? Probably we can rephrase slightly but must keep meaning. Safer to copy sentences as is, but we can break into list items. Let's extract each piece. First, About the role: Original: "Assist management and stakeholders in assessing the ongoing status of its compliance with internal policies, procedures, and pipeline safety regulatory requirements. Conduct internal reviews of operational compliance activities to provide assurance that all requirements are met. Facilitate inspections/audits of company regulatory programs and practices." Add About Us: "ONE Gas provides natural gas distribution services to more than 2.3 million customers in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Headquartered in Tulsa, Okla., its divisions include Kansas Gas Service, the largest natural gas distributor in Kansas; Oklahoma Natural Gas, the largest in the state; and Texas Gas Service, the third largest in the state in terms of customers. Its largest natural gas distribution markets by customer count are Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla.; Kansas City, Wichita and Topeka, Kan.; and Austin and El Paso, Texas. ONE Gas serves residential, commercial, industrial, transportation and wholesale customers in all three states. Inclusion & Diversity is a core value at ONE Gas. We know that every employee makes a difference and contributes to our success through their unique talents and abilities. We also acknowledge that we can accomplish great things by listening and learning from each other." We can combine into a paragraph or two paragraphs. Now Responsibilities
