Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the following programs:
  • Emergency Response Plan
  • Public Awareness Program
  • Pipeline Integrity Program
  • Operator Qualification Program
  • Damage Prevention and One-Call Program
  • DOT Drug and Alcohol Program
  • Ensure WWM’s Operations and Maintenance Manual and Specific Operating Procedures are current
  • Ensure that reoccurring scheduled maintenance is completed and documented on a timely basis
  • Development and submittal of any emergency or periodic reporting obligations
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; provide reports to supervisor and other business stakeholders
  • Manage all applicable documentation and record-keeping
  • Review external state and federal agency audit findings and provide recommendations to internal procedures and/or compliance manuals
  • Occasionally perform internal audits of site compliance activities and internal compliance programs and provide corrective measures where applicable
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Company standards, procedures, regulatory, and Company tariff requirements
  • Communicate regularly with Operations and Engineering teams to address potential areas of risk, provide guidance and offer expertise on local or federal regulatory codes
  • Provide oral and written communication of activities to appropriate personnel
  • Manage Control Room Management of the Gas Control Center, as wells and the back-up control center
  • Cook with third party environmental contractor to ensure environmental compliance
  • Work with the project execution team during the design of new project
  • Review of environmental permit applications on new projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience in gas, oil or similar utility industry preferred
  • Experience and proficiency with managing and organizing documentation and records
  • Self-motivated requiring minimal supervision
  • Possess written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with MS Office
