Summary: In this contingent resource assignment, you may:

  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts across business, technology, legal, and operations teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with compliance expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Work against defined SLAs and timelines to deliver high-quality analysis and documentation.
  • Interpret and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business insights.
  • Support regulatory reporting and data analysis efforts.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams within CIB and frontline business units.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Relevant Business Analyst experience.
  • Strong background in regulatory and compliance initiatives (US or Global).
  • Experience supporting regulatory reporting and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and banking operations.
  • Prominent ability to assess regulatory impact across business functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
