Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes for the company’s Corporate Compliance Program
• Participate in strategizing Corporate Compliance team goals
• Promote ethical culture through coordinated activities
• Advise and educate employees on ethics and compliance issues
• Manage processes for conflict of interest evaluations
• Maintain the company’s global confidential Integrity HelpLine
• Lead investigations of sensitive misconduct reports
• Review and update compliance assessments to reflect key risks

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Compliance, Legal, or a regulatory agency focusing on program management and investigations
• Strong leadership skills in building compliance frameworks and managing priorities
• Expert knowledge in corporate ethics and compliance regulations
• Experience in investigative processes related to misconduct
• Proven ability to create educational compliance materials
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in report writing and policy creation
• High ethical standards and intellectual curiosity
