Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes for the company’s Corporate Compliance Program
- Participate in strategizing Corporate Compliance team goals

- Advise and educate employees on ethics and compliance issues
- Manage processes for conflict of interest evaluations
- Maintain the company’s global confidential Integrity HelpLine
- Lead investigations of sensitive misconduct reports
- Review and update compliance assessments to reflect key risks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Compliance, Legal, or a regulatory agency focusing on program management and investigations
- Strong leadership skills in building compliance frameworks and managing priorities
- Expert knowledge in corporate ethics and compliance regulations
- Experience in investigative processes related to misconduct
- Proven ability to create educational compliance materials
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in report writing and policy creation
- High ethical standards and intellectual curiosity
