Regulatory and Compliance Analyst / Staff Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting organizational and compliance studies to support regulatory requirements.
• Research and develop automated processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with health plan policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Support risk analysis activities to help maintain accuracy and quality in pharmacy dispensing operations.
• Aid management in meeting state and federal compliance requirements by helping develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Cook up and verify the accuracy of logistics, documentation, and diagnostic codes entered into internal systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work simplification while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science.
• At least 1 year (12 months) of experience in a similar pharmacy compliance, regulatory, or pharmaceutical role.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a regulated environment.
