The Compliance Team is responsible for helping CloudWalk teams enable disruptive products and services and also provide the best user experience that meets regulatory issues. We are looking for a hands-on professional, passionate about new technologies and disruptive products to join our Regulatory team.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the compliance governance framework for our U.S. payments business
- Draft and maintain compliance policies, procedures, standards, and internal documentation
- Prepare governance reports for senior management, the Board of Directors, and sponsor banks
- Interpret and implement sponsor bank, card network, and regulatory requirements across the organization
- Support regulatory examinations, independent audits, sponsor bank reviews, and remediation efforts
- Coordinate governance activities, including policy reviews, action tracking, and compliance reporting
- Support and follow up on the implementation of regulatory initiatives and action plans
- Evaluate new regulations and compliance obligations, identifying their impact on the business
- Research regulatory, sponsor bank, and card network requirements and help translate them into practical internal processes
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation, governance routines, and compliance processes as the company continues to grow
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Project teams
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently pursuing or recently completed higher education
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience in payment institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or fintechs
- Strong knowledge of technology and Artificial Intelligence
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
