About the role

We are hiring a Regulatory Analyst for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze newly introduced legislation affecting DPMC's authority
  • Conduct legal research related to statutory and regulatory amendments and construction and design industry policy issues
  • Research and draft proposed new regulations and amendments to regulations with impact to DPMC or its stakeholders
  • Manage legal and administrative review process for new or amended regulations
  • Work towards expertise in DPMC's policy objectives to ensure cohesion with regulation and published policies
  • Research and draft publications, guidance documents, fact sheets, and reports related to DPMC policy objectives
  • Aid in the development of training materials and interactive education sessions on regulatory matters
  • Collaborate and foster DPMC stakeholder and Treasury and external partner relationships
  • Plan and participate in conferences, public hearings, listening sessions, and other public events

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree minimum
  • 2-4 years of experience in legislative/regulatory affairs and/or administrative law and/or regulatory compliance program management

Schedule

Work hours: 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM
Lunch period: 1 hour (unpaid)
