I worked for Dudley as an Independent Contractor Landman for 7 - 8 years. It's a great company. If you do good work, they will keep you working as long as they have work going on somewhere. When you're an Independent Contractor, as the vast majority of Landmen are, that's all you can ask for.

As an Independent Contractor Landman at Dudley, responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the acquisition of oil and gas leases
- Managing relationships with landowners and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
- Collaborating with geologists and engineers to interpret seismic data

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with GIS software is a plus
