In this role, you'll support new product development, safety data sheet maintenance and authoring, and regulatory intelligence activities. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate regulatory information to a variety of stakeholders.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Leverage experience to draft, review, and publish key regulatory documents such as safety data sheets, manufacturing or supplier declaration forms, formula reviews, and product labels to support product compliance
- Support Regulatory team in new product development tasks by working cross-functionally on activities like peer review, document archival, and data entry
- Responsible for monitoring and communicating key regulatory knowledge and trends that could impact our products, covering regulations like GHS, CPSC, ECCC, EPA FIFRA, DOT, and OSHA
- Maintains well organized department files and databases for all completed work
- Supports our culture of process documentation, optimization, and consistent execution
Education and Experience Profile
- B.S. or B.A. in science or related field. Exceptions can be made for candidates with a non-science or business discipline, coupled with relevant experience working directly with regulatory agencies
- 1+ years of experience in a regulated field or technical discipline

- Accomplished user of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
