Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory documentation to the USDA and other government agencies.
- Complete, verify, and track official Health Certificates required for international shipments.
- Cook up and distribute approved regulatory packages to receiving countries to prevent shipping delays.
- Utilize Google Sheets to maintain trackers, manage logs, and ensure accurate, real-time visibility into the status of submissions.
- Use internal databases and digital tools (like SAP, AO Docs, and tracking systems) to maintain accurate compliance records.
- Work closely with logistics, shipping, and quality teams to ensure all paperwork matches export requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Logistics, Animal/Natural Sciences, or related fields).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in compliance, logistics, or document control.
- Must be on site a minimum of 4 days a week in Topeka, KS.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets is required (managing spreadsheets, sorting data, and using formulas).
- Comfort learning new software systems like SAP, AO Docs, or AI-assisted tools is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
- Able to follow strict government guidelines, meet tight deadlines, and catch formatting or data errors easily.
Pay
Pay Rate: $30 per hour
Schedule
Onsite, 30-35 hours per week, 1st Shift, 4 days a week in Topeka, KS
