Key Responsibilities
- Support state regulatory activities necessary to obtain and maintain registrations, including FIFRA Sections 3, 24(c), 2(ee), 18, and 5 for crop protection products.
- Prepare, submit, and track regulatory registrations, renewals, amendments, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with state regulatory agencies regarding submissions, approvals, renewals, and registration requirements.
- Maintain and update regulatory databases and internal tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized records.
- Process and track state registration fees, including new product registrations, annual renewals, tonnage fees, and related payments.
- Review product labels and regulatory documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Interpret and evaluate federal and state regulatory requirements to support ongoing product compliance.
- Provide regulatory information and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Scan, organize, and electronically file regulatory correspondence and supporting documentation.
- Prioritize multiple assignments while adapting to changing business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional regulatory and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional work experience.
- Experience working with databases or data management systems, including data entry, maintenance, tracking, or reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
