Role: Regulatory Affairs Program Coordinator (RN) Responsibilities include: supporting compliance activities, coordinating self-tracers and process tracers, developing reports, and analyzing findings. Collaborates with leadership, physicians, and staff to interpret regulations from CMS, The Joint Commission, and other agencies, ensuring adherence to standards in hospital, laboratory, and ambulatory care settings. Develops and delivers education on healthcare licensure, accreditation, and regulatory trends. Assists with workflow development, policy review, mock surveys, and continuing education. Identifies risks, develops corrective action plans, and monitors their effectiveness. Performs tracers and audits, guiding clinicians to improve compliance. Prepares documentation for accreditation processes and supports survey activities. Other duties as assigned, complying with organizational policies. Qualifications Associates or Bachelors Nursing (preferred)RN license (Compact or Single State)CPHQ certification (preferred)Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care (required) or 5 years (preferred)Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools
