Role Overview: The Regulatory Affairs Program Coordinator (RN) supports accreditation and regulatory compliance activities within healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities: Maintain knowledge of CMS, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards.Interpret regulations and assist with workflow development, policy review, and mock surveys.Collaborate with leadership, medical staff, and teams to identify risks and develop corrective action plans.Conduct process tracers, audits, and documentation reviews to ensure compliance and improve processes.Assist in survey preparations and follow-up activities, submitting necessary documentation.Deliver education on regulatory trends and compliance standards.Support continuous improvement and adherence to healthcare licensure and accreditation standards. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license required; CPHQ certification preferred.Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting (5 years preferred).Associates or Bachelors in Nursing preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools.Strong clinical expertise, collaboration skills, and understanding of regulatory standards.
