About the Role
Support accreditation and compliance activities, including mock surveys, process tracers, and documentation audits.
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of CMS, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards
- Develop and deliver education on licensure and accreditation trends
- Assist with workflow development, policy review, and mock assessments
- Collaborate with leaders and staff to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Conduct tracers and audits to improve processes
- Support survey preparation and follow-up activities
- Adhere to all organizational policies and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Utilize clinical knowledge to enhance compliance and process improvements
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- RN license (Compact or Single State)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience (5 years preferred)
- Clinical expertise to advise and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management
- CPHQ certification preferred
