Responsibilities

• Exemplify excellent customer service skills by greeting and interviewing patients or their representatives
• Obtain all necessary information and signatures required for treatment
• Prepare and distribute all required patient informational material while maintaining HIPAA guidelines
• Direct and/or escort patients to the appropriate department or floor

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided
• Passion for taking care of patients and the community

Desired

• One year in a healthcare setting
• High School Diploma or GED
