About the role
The Registration Coordinator position fits within CCDET’s data management service area. This position works on a variety of project contracts that include: Department of Children and Families (Wisconsin Works, Child Support Agencies and Child Care Agencies), Department of Health Services-Division of Medicaid Services (Functional Screeners), Department of Health Services-Division of Quality Assurance (Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project) and the Wisconsin Dementia Care Training Project.
Responsibilities
- Develop and revise reports and online courses.
- Publish reports and classes to the web.
- Respond to participant and stakeholder inquiries regarding workshops, registrations, and LMS functionality.
- Maintain organized records of correspondence, registrations, and supporting documentation.
- Create and update Nelnet webpages and Qualtrics surveys.
- Process purchases, refunds, and customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Generate reports for account management and project needs.
- Consult with the Qualtrics Administrator on new projects and provide technical support.
- Attend CCDET All Staff meetings (as scheduled).
- Serve as a resource for other CCDET staff as well as partner staff, as needed.
- Maintain positive working relationship with all funding sources.
- Create, maintain, and verify workshop information within Cornerstone LMS.
- Process participant registration and completion transactions within Cornerstone.
- Provide troubleshooting and customer support in a timely manner.
- Aid in maintaining the structure and security of the Cornerstone LMS database.
Requirements
- Experience working with Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) or other Learning Management System.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office products.
- High level of problem solving and decision making.
- High level of critical thinking.
- Proofreading skills, including recognizing discrepancies, problems, and errors.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
Skills
- Familiarity with HTML, web design and publishing.
- Familiarity with university processes.

Starting at $42,000 commensurate with experience.

$42,000 commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
