Registrar/Preparator

Responsible for managing museum collections, exhibitions, and educational programs.

• Maintain and enhance museum collections through research, acquisition, and conservation efforts.
• Develop and implement innovative exhibition concepts and interpretive strategies.
• Collaborate with curators, educators, and other staff to plan and execute educational programs and public events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in museum studies, history, art history, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in museum curation, education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of museum practices, including collection management, exhibition design, and educational programming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with digital media and interactive exhibits.
• Knowledge of grant writing and fundraising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and museum software systems.

Pay:

$75,000 - $90,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
