Registrar (Full-Time/Part-Time)

The Registrar is the first contact point for patients, responsible for assisting with registration, appointment scheduling, and verifying patient demographics and insurance information. They handle patient inquiries via phone or in-person, route messages, and support clinic workflows while providing compassionate and excellent customer service. Qualifications include: a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office, and knowledge of medical/dental terminology. Preferred skills: customer service or reception experience, bilingual in English and Spanish, experience with electronic health records like EPIC, and scheduling familiarity.
