About the role
- Organizes enrollment, registration, grading processes, and withdrawal processes.
- Maintains graduation requirements and accurate records of students attending the school.
- Sends and receives student records.
- Provides administrative support to Edmonds eLearning Academy staff.
- Serves as a point-of-contact for student record databases, answers user questions, and generates various customized reports.
Schedule
5.7 hours a day; 200-day calendar. Continuing position with reasonable assurance of employment to the following school year. Work hours, locations, and designated beginning and ending times may vary.
Pay
Hourly rate: $40.29 (2026-2027 Office Personnel Salary Schedule). FLSA status: Non-exempt.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- One of the following:
- Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
- Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
- Have three (3) years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Two to five years of related work experience.
