About the role
This position is based in Carrollton, Georgia at one of Tanner Health's hospitals. The Registered Respiratory Therapist performs cardiopulmonary duties following hospital policy and procedure under general supervision. This role is eligible for relocation assistance and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for external hires only.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory treatments
- Airway management
- Ventilator management
- Blood gas analysis
- Perform other noninvasive cardiology procedures
- Maintain a high level of customer service representation
- Actively participate in the continuous quality improvement process
- Serve as a resource to other employees
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registered Respiratory Therapist license
- Respiratory Care Professional certification
- ACLS Certification
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (must obtain within 8 months of employment)
