Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Full Time
About the role
The Respiratory Therapist will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient respiratory status and develop treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor treatments, including ventilator management and post-operative care.
- Evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Train and assist in bedside procedures such as intubation, arterial line placement, and bronchoscopy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science.
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
- BLS certification.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- Experience in ICU ventilator management and post-operative ventilator care preferred.
- Experience with PB 980 ventilators preferred.
- Comfortable and confident working in an ICU environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
- Experience with intubation, arterial line placement, and bedside bronchoscopy.
- Ability to function intentionally, reliably, and as a team-oriented clinician.
Skills
- Strong ventilator management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Compensation varies by experience. Sign-on bonus currently listed at $10,000.
Schedule & Shift Details
12-hour shifts. Day rotation: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. 36-hour weekly guarantee. Flexible scheduling may allow for preference toward nights, though rotation is expected when needed.
