Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Respiratory Therapist III provides advanced respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, airway procedures, and patient assessments, primarily in critical care settings. They make independent decisions, educate patients and families, and mentor staff and students. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care through assessments, therapy planning, and execution.Manage ventilators, perform airway procedures, and interpret arterial blood gases.Collaborate with healthcare teams and promote evidence-based practices.Ensure safety, accurate documentation, and participate in quality improvement projects.Support staff development, serve as preceptor, and engage in professional growth activities. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).Current NBRC-RRT credential and required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP.Minimum two years of clinical experience in critical care areas.Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills; ability to work well with teams.
