Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a specified group of patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical professionals, and other staff to ensure quality of care.
- Provide care for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, or geriatric patients (as defined in the unit scope of care).
- Utilize knowledge of growth and development principles appropriate to the patient’s age to meet unique physical and psychosocial needs.
- Involve appropriate parties (e.g., patient’s family, guardian, outside agencies) in assessment, treatment, and continuing care as needed.
- Support the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.
Requirements
- Registry with the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Current licensure from the state of Maryland as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- At least one (1) year of clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR training with recertification every two years
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pay
Pay Range: $33.73–$50.59 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary based on location.
