Responsibilities
- Manage staff and facilitate communication
- Assign patient workloads
- Support onboarding and training of team members
- Maintain and oversee equipment
- Promote and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide direct patient care
- Assist with data collection for process improvement
- Support customer service, safety, and quality efforts
- Evaluate staff performance
- Maintain educational records
- Ensure compliance with policies to deliver high-standard respiratory care
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in critical care areas
