Registered Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

About the role

This position involves performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures, critical care protocols in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, equipment maintenance, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and administering respiratory therapies
• Managing and maintaining respiratory equipment
• Performing blood gas analyses
• Providing patient education on respiratory care

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• Licensed by the State of Georgia
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (or ALS in place of ACLS)
• No prior experience required, but active practice and competency maintenance are necessary

Schedule

Full-time night shift, three 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
