Registered Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Position Overview: Provides comprehensive respiratory care to patients based on physician orders, acting as a key resource for physicians and nursing staff. Performs duties related to respiratory therapy and consults on therapy effectiveness. Qualifications: Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program, with a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license and the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC. PALS certification required for ER roles; ACLS preferred. No prior experience needed. Physical & Equipment Skills: Capable of lifting, pulling, and gripping up to 50 lbs., with minimal kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Proficient in using various respiratory care devices. Key Responsibilities: Administers respiratory therapies, monitors patient responses, and collaborates with the healthcare team to optimize care. Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical knowledge, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands associated with patient care.
