Registered Respiratory Therapist II

Role: Respiratory Therapist II Responsibilities: Provide respiratory care including medication administration, ventilator management, airway management, and arterial blood gas analysis. Perform patient assessments, collaborate with healthcare team members, and educate patients and families. Assist in invasive and non-invasive procedures, participate in staff development, and support quality and safety initiatives. Promote a positive team environment and ensure adherence to policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy; NBRC-RRT certification; required certifications in BLS, ACLS, and other relevant areas. 0-2 years clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills; ability to establish professional relationships and provide quality patient care.
