Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist II Responsibilities Deliver advanced respiratory care for acute and chronic patients in inpatient and emergency settings.Assess, treat, and monitor patients requiring oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, ventilator management, and airway clearance.Interpret diagnostic tests, adjust care plans according to protocols, and document treatments accurately.Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and conditions.Precept junior staff and support quality and safety initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement of patient-centered respiratory care within an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications & Skills Experience in respiratory therapy with the ability to manage complex cases.Strong assessment and diagnostic interpretation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.Excellent communication and patient education abilities.Commitment to quality improvement and safety standards.
