Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview Provides comprehensive respiratory care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, serving as a resource within the healthcare team. Ensures patient safety through effective, age-appropriate care while adhering to quality and regulatory standards. Communicates effectively with team members via documentation and handoffs.Educates patients, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and procedures, utilizing diverse learning styles.Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established protocols, applying advanced clinical skills.Supports specialized responsibilities such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, sleep studies, and cardiopulmonary rehab as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT), Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS).No prior experience required; ability to perform multiple duties with effective time management.
