Avita Health System serves the communities of Crawford and Richland counties through three hospitals and numerous clinic locations. Over the past few years, the organization has tripled in size, now employing over 2,300 team members and more than 200 physicians and advanced practitioners. The mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people who depend on us. We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Radiation Therapist to join the Radiation Oncology Department at the Ontario location.

Location: Avita Ontario Hospital – Radiation Oncology Department

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer and other diseases, ensuring accurate positioning and safe delivery of treatments.
• Educate patients about their treatment plans and potential side effects.
• Monitor patients for reactions and side effects during and after treatment.

Qualifications

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Registry
• Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licensure
• BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
