Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and Case Management
- Help patients return to their highest level of mobility and quality of life
Requirements
- APTA-accredited PT degree
- Tennessee PT license
- SNF Experience preferred, but not required
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care focus
