Key Duties

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Assess and modify goals
- Supervise therapy staff
- Document progress
- Utilize therapy software
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and ensure safety and quality of care
Qualifications & Skills
- NBCOT certification
- Valid state license
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Adherence to legal and organizational policies
