About the role
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a hospital setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Participate in rounds and team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Experience with critical care settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
