About the role
Gurwin Healthcare System is a full healthcare continuum providing extraordinary care to the Long Island community and beyond. Set primarily on a 36-acre campus in Commack, NY, the system includes the 460-bed Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Gurwin's Assisted Living community (Gurwin Jewish: Fay J. Lindner Residences), an independent living community (Fountaingate Gardens), Island Nursing and Rehab Center, and two certified (CHHA) and licensed home care (LHCSA) agencies. Various part-time opportunities are available for Registered Nurses on day, evening, and night shifts.
Schedule
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
- Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
- Every other weekend scheduled
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited professional R.N. nursing program
- Current license to practice in New York State
- BSN preferred
