We are seeking a Registered Nurse – Wound Care to provide professional nursing care focused on patient comfort and well‑being. You will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education for patients and families, implement medically prescribed interventions, and ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver, delegate, and supervise nursing care activities.
- Document patient care and education for patients and families.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and ensure quality care delivery.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure (required).
- Certification in Wound Ostomy Continence, Wound Care, or a related field within 2 years of employment.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of start date.
