This role involves providing expert wound care, implementing and adjusting individualized care plans, and assessing patient conditions to ensure optimal healing. The nurse acts as a primary liaison across disciplines for seamless patient outcomes and accurately carries out physician and nursing orders.

• Delivering expert wound care following organizational policies.
• Monitoring and communicating patient condition changes.
• Managing care plans and coordinating with healthcare teams.
• Accurately executing physician and nurse orders.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure, preferably from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multi-state license.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
