About the role
Provide compassionate and high-quality care in an 8-bed unit as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Women's Services.
Responsibilities
- Perform care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments
- Document patient care
- Monitor, communicate, and collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient transfers, discharges, and support needs
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs
- Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being
Qualifications and skills
- RN license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months
- Preferred: one year of experience and ASLS certification
