About the role

The Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers full-time dayshift and nightshift options with generous sign-on bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to individuals receiving services in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
• Assess physical and behavioral health needs of individuals receiving services.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records.
• Educate individuals receiving services and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience in acute behavioral health care and/or substance use disorder.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

• Dayshift: $4,000 sign-on bonus.
• Nightshift: $6,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

• Dayshift: 6:45 am - 7:15 pm.
• Nightshift: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am.
