About the role
Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is a 64‑bed acute inpatient behavioral health facility providing acute behavioral health care and outpatient treatment to adults and geriatric adults in crisis from severe symptoms related to behavioral health and/or substance use disorder. The center offers IOP/PHP oversight, focuses on acute intervention with short‑term stays, and is a joint venture/Professional partnership between NHC, Tennova and the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. As an RN, you will provide professional nursing care to persons receiving services in a supportive and therapeutic environment within the scope of your license, assess physical and behavioral health needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, maintain medical records, and educate patients and families about various physical and behavioral health conditions.

Schedule
- Dayshift: 6:45 am – 7:15 pm
- Nightshift: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am
Pay
- $4,000 sign‑on bonus for dayshift
- $6,000 sign‑on bonus for nightshift
