About the role
We are seeking to build a strong team of Registered Nurses (RNs) who can contribute positively to our culture and provide excellent career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians.
- Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders.
- Evaluate and implement a patient’s care plan.
- Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
- Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely inspected and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
