Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor- The Carlyle (22183)

About the role

We are seeking to build a strong team of Registered Nurses (RNs) who share our commitment to a positive work environment and continuous professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and changes, and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines and regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance with nursing practices.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders.
• Evaluate and implement a patient's care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate the timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensure that Patient Care Management Systems are routinely inspected and integrated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
