Role Overview

Join as an RN Supervisor supporting clinical operations in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Aid the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient, high-quality nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
  • Lead, guide, and oversee nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Implement care delivery models and processes to optimize patient care.
  • Collaborate to maintain adequate staffing levels, minimizing overtime and agency use.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and employee promotion decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current RN license with a degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • At least three years of clinical experience, with two years in long-term care, preferably including supervisory experience.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
