About the role

We are seeking a RN Supervisor to support clinical operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and facilitate effective care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading and guiding nursing staff on assigned shifts
• Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing levels
• Supporting staff recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and employee development
• Ensuring quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative role in long-term care
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Preferred BSN degree
