About the role

HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians is seeking a casual Triage RN to provide coverage at its three clinic locations in Roseville, Hugo, and Lino Lakes. The role involves triage support using electronic medical record protocols, standing orders, and other resources, conducting patient assessments, delegating nursing tasks, creating teaching plans, and serving as a resource for other staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage support for clinic patients using protocols embedded in the electronic medical record, standing orders, and various resources.
• Occasionally work with patients on‑site to address questions or needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish and evaluate a plan of care, address changes in patient condition, delegate nursing tasks when appropriate, and provide supervision and monitoring of function or activity.
• Create and implement dynamic teaching plans based on identified patient needs and act as a resource for other staff.
